Caring for Kidz
Our triage nurses in the office are Registered Nurses experienced
in pediatric care. Their task is to answer questions regarding
routine child care, to help you manage short-term illnesses,
and to help you decide on appropriate care for your child,
which may include continued symptomatic home care or an appointment
to be seen. In addition to being a resource for health information,
they work together with your physicians and nurse practitioners
to monitor, support, and adjust your child's treatment.
We have found that our phones are busiest between 8:30-10:00
a.m.; if you have a routine question please try to avoid these
time as we will be able to assist you more quickly at other
times of the day.
