H1N1 & Season Flu Vaccination Clinic at The Kidz Docs
Update for December 21, 2009 -- Seasonal Flu & H1N1 Vaccination Clinic December 30
The Kidz Docs office will be holding a Seasonal Flu & H1N1 vaccine clinic on Wednesday, December 30th, during the day, starting at 9AM. Please read the following conditions for each vaccine:
- For the Seasonal Flu vaccine - Any Kidz Docs patient may receive this vaccine. (6 months and older)
- For the H1N1 vaccine - Any Kidz Docs patient may receive this vaccine. (6 months and older)
Appointments are required for this vaccination clinic. Parents can call our main phone #: 703-765-6093 during regular business hours to make the appointments.

Update for December 16, 2009 -- Kidz Docs NOT affected by H1N1 Recall
The Kidz Docs is aware of the voluntary recall of the four lots of H1N1 vaccine. None of the H1N1 vaccine delivered to our office is included in this recall. Our staff has double checked all of the lots of H1N1 vaccine, from the first shipment to the most recent, sent to our office and not one dose administered to our patients is part of this recall. Our office has spoken to a representative of Sanofi Pasteur (the manufacturer of the recalled vaccine) and have confirmed that none of the lots involved in the recall have been used in our office. Parents are welcome to contact our office should there be any additional concerns.
