Insurance

We accept many different insurance plans. It is always best to call our office at 703-765-6093 to confirm our participation with your plan. When your child is seen in our office for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a registration form with your child's insurance information. Because of insurance regulations, we will ask you to update the form once a year.

Our billing company (877-558-8549) will file the insurance claim for most participating insurance; however, we remind you that the ultimate responsibility for payment for professional services rendered is always yours.

Fees and Co-Payments

Our fee schedule reflects the average fees for pediatric care in Northern Virginia and is available upon request. We ask that payment be made at the time services are rendered. This includes the co-pay amount required by some insurance companies. We will collect the co-pay when you check in at our welcome desk.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

Insurance forms are the responsibility of the patient unless we participate with your healthcare plan. An individual record of services, charges, and payments may be furnished at each visit upon your request.
