Are You New To The Area?

We love meeting new families!  Thank you for considering The Kidz Docs for your child's medical home.  

At this time, we are accepting new transfer patients for well visits or consults for chronic medical conditions.  New patient appointments are available on weekdays between 9am-2pm with Drs. Patel, Fanning, Ferrer, and Tannous, and Nurse Practitioners Barnes and Beckman.  New patient appointments are offered up to one month in advance, based on availability. 

If a specialist (such as a geneticist, psychiatrist, etc) has referred your child to our practice, please email patientinfo@thekidzdocs.com with your child's name and date of birth, the specialist's name and contact information, and your child's medical diagnosis.   

The Kidz Docs partners with Phreesia for registration.  1-3 days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text and/or email with a link to your registration forms.  Please complete these forms prior to arriving at the office.

Once you've chosen us for your pediatrician, please contact your previous medical office to have your child's medical records transferred.  Once the records are received, we will review them to determine if they are sufficient for us to begin caring for your children. Unfortunately, we cannot treat or provide any care for your children until that time.

Please be aware that under federal (HIPAA) and state laws, your previous medical provider may charge a "reasonable, cost-based fee" to copy your children's medical records. This cost is your responsibility. If you have not already done so, please sign a release of records form and provide it to your children's previous medical provider.
