Dr. Patel is moving back to the west coast with her family in early 2025. We wish her the best in her next adventure!

Dr. Patel was born in Canada and grew up in Arizona. She attended Arizona State University (Go SunDevils!) and then completed medical school at the University of Arizona. She completed her pediatric training at Connecticut Children's Medical Center where she did additional training in Advocacy (with experience in lead exposure prevention and injury prevention). After residency, she received a Certificate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Patel's interests include developmental pediatrics and early childhood, international health, and patient education/shared decision making.
Dr. Patel lives in Alexandria with her husband and two young children. She enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the different seasons (new for this AZ native!), cooking and exploring the food scene.
Dr. Patel has been practicing at The Kidz Docs since 2023.
