Dr. Fanning was born in England, but grew up in South Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree from Clemson University where she studied microbiology, and then completed medical school at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine- Greenville. She completed her pediatric training at Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where she served as the president of the resident advocacy group. Dr. Fanning’s passions include patient advocacy and preventative healthcare. She has completed her certification in mental healthcare through the REACH Institute.
Dr. Fanning loves to cook and try out new restaurants. She also enjoys traveling and biking. Despite attending both Clemson and USC, she remains a loyal Clemson fan (Go Tigers!). She lives in Alexandria with her fiancé and their cat, Sybil.
Dr. Fanning has been practicing at The Kidz Docs since 2022.
